- **An intro call.**We spend 15–20 minutes talking about the audience, the venue and what you want people to walk away with.
- **A talk tailored to the room.**The content is tailored: a development team gets different examples than a leadership group or a full conference hall.
- **Concrete steps to take home.**No slides without a reason, no jargon I don't explain. If the audience can't retell the main point to a colleague the next day, I've done a bad job.
- **A Q&A where questions actually come.**In my experience the most interesting questions come from people who aren't "technical", and they deserve a proper answer.
