Logo and branding
Putting my logo on a website, in a presentation or on a poster? Here are all the variants as SVG and PNG with transparent backgrounds, and the rules that keep it looking right.
Main logo
The shield and the name on one line. Use this wherever you can: presentations, documents, partner websites.
Stacked logo
The shield above the name. For square and narrow spaces: profile images with text, stickers, video end cards.
Name only
When the shield sits elsewhere on the surface.
The web address
danielchristensen.no with a red .no. Bottom of slides, carousels and videos.
Profile images
1080 × 1080. Red for LinkedIn and TikTok, ink for YouTube, paper where the background is dark.
Use
The logo and the shield are trademarks, and are not covered by CC BY 4.0 the way the press photos are. You may use them to refer to, link to or credit me, for example in a programme, on a sponsor page or in an article. Use them as they are, in one of the variants above. You may not alter them, use them as your own logo, or make it look like I am behind something I am not. If in doubt, just ask.
Rules
- Clear space around the logo: at least the height of the D in the name, on all sides.
- Minimum width: 120 px for the main logo, 24 px for the shield alone.
- Do not stretch, rotate, add shadows to or recolour anything. Pick the right variant instead.
- No red text on a red background. Use mono paper.
- The name is always written Daniel Christensen, the domain always in lower case.
- Use SVG where you can. The PNGs are 2400 px wide with a transparent background.
