- **A talk tailored to the room.**The content is tailored: a development team gets different examples than a leadership group or a full conference hall.
- **Concrete steps to take home.**No slides without a reason, no jargon I don't explain. If the audience can't retell the main point to a colleague the next day, I've done a bad job.
