How it works ## Three steps, zero friction. - **Scan, and you're in.**A QR code on the screen. The phone opens a web page, nothing to install, no sign-up. A whole room is in within five seconds. - **Vote as we go.**When a question appears on the screen, it appears on the phone. One tap and the vote is counted. The result is drawn live for everyone. - **The answer steers the talk.**If 52 percent say someone they know has been scammed, that's where we spend the time. If nobody does, we take another road. No two rooms get the same talk. Why it works ## People remember what they took part in. ### Attention holds. A question every ten minutes does more for concentration than any slide. The phone that usually steals focus is now part of the talk. ### Honest answers. Nobody raises a hand for "I've been scammed". Anonymously from a phone, half the room does. Then we can talk about what actually happens where you work. ### Numbers you can keep. The results from your room are yours. How many reuse the same password? That figure is more convincing in the next management meeting than anything I can say. ### And a few surprises. Some of the demonstrations use the phones in the room in ways I won't reveal here. The presentation itself runs from my laptop, so a conference network that gives up doesn't stop the talk. - **No data about people.**No names, no email, no account. Votes are anonymous and never tied to a person. - **Works online too.**On Teams or hybrid I share the screen and everyone votes from where they sit. It lands best in a physical room, but it works.
